★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Great home made food cooked by the cook. The surrounding is also nice with lots of greenery. The terrace is also very nice to chill. But this place needs some maintenance. The fans are not working in 2 of the rooms neither are the clocks. The owner had made many good arrangements but maintenance could have been better.

Rooms were great! Just that we wish to have a mirror in each room. Villa was very clean.
Surrounding area is to great to have a walk.
One small thing is that the bathroom taps are damaged just need to fix them.
Caretaker Buddhadev & his wife was very supportive and there service was good.
We would deffinately want to revisit this place in future. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place away from hustle bustle of the city. Huge villa with ample space for 3 to 4 families. Caretaker was cordial and kind. The furniture is old and bathroom fittings need repair but overall good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Artistic villa was one of the most peaceful place I've been in a while. The overall interior of the villa was very nice and cozy and the vintage vibe it gave was very peaceful for us. There was a little need in fixing the bathrooms. The care taker of the villa was immensely friendly and made very delicious food whatever we asked for.
Thank you so much for such wonderful experience. We appreciate the effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is set in a beautiful location and the surroundings are very silent. It is a huge space and can accommodate a large crowd. The in house cook is excellent and whipped up some fantastic, tasty dishes. (Food is extra priced)
The place is very clean.
However there are many issues with the place.
The living room furniture is crying for an upgrade and there is no fan in the hall space which is odd. When a crowd sits inside the living space, it gets very sultry and you can't open the doors due to the huge mosquitoes present.
There is a pretty lotus pond but unfortunately it is very dangerously positioned at ground level. If you're not watching your step in the lawn, you can easily fall into it. Owner really needs to barricade or increase the height of the edge of the pond.
Cushions, furniture and bathroom fittings badly need an upgrade. There is one huge bathroom with a bathtub that has two entrances. This can be converted into two bathrooms which will serve the number of people who actually stay in the huge space. Noise also leaks a lot from one room to the other and between the living room due to the ventilation holes at the top of each room that is connected to the common space.
Modernization and maintenance of bathrooms fittings is necessary and is absolutely required for this space and for the price that we're paying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very pleasant to spend time in this villa. I had to meet a person. When I came here, I was surprised to see the place and found that it is very good location to hangout with family and friends. I don't know how I passed the time here. I was completely involved in discussion with the friends. There is also club and swimming pool to play the games. We played a few games within the society and the occasion was memorable. There are rooms in the ground floor and an out house for security and cook to prepare the food for the visitors. It is most enjoyable stay. Occasionally, we hear flights sound due to the location of airport, which is 10 kms and very close from the villa. It is the only disturbance once in a while other than that the place is cool with garden around the villa and calm without any intervention from outside.
