★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palm Acres by Adarsh is the best family housing complex in the whole of North Bangalore, or at least in my opinion, it is. The campus is chock full of parks and trails and playgrounds. Children hang out all the time without parents having to worry about supervision. The gates have CCTV surveillance and check posts on either sides which makes entry and exit restricted. I let my child take our pet out on a walk in the afternoons without having to follow them too closely around. The children’s playground is also a great place for kids to socialize, make friends and have some physical activity every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this project its a beautiful property, but horrible sales man harish very arrogant and rude. He was not so friendly enough in providing the details what we needed , quite often was asking whats your budget when you want buy. In spite of driving such a long way to check out the mock up villa and other details we were very upset about the way he treated us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is in a deserted area, no street lights for a few kilometers. I would worry about getting mugged on the way. Upon asking the sales team about the roads, they said 3 families are living here, so why should you be concerned. Not a single shop/ store/ people/ homes in the inside road. Forget buying groceries. Its not safe to move around in the area. Initially while sharing brochures, the teams said within 6 months we will build the villa on the plot after payment. Upon reaching there they said 24 months to build 1 villa! Ridiculous! We saw how slowly/ barely any construction work was happening. I could count only 4 workers sitting and 1 bull dozer parked in a corner. No way they can complete the project on time! They said clubhouse construction has already begun. I saw through the blue partitions, zilch! Not a single area was even dug. Upon asking they said "yesterday only we have started". Due to these unsatisfactory answers, I decided not to invest in this property. Same is the issue with other Adarsh Wisteria property.
