We booked this place last year, cos it’s was described as a villa. I travelled with my sister, her 2 year old, a friend and my dog. Upon reaching the location it was a shock, it a service apartment with a pool. We wanted to leave the place immediately as it was not worth 13k per night. We spoke to venu (he was polite and requested us to stay back and mentioned that he will refund the money), and so, cos we drove 40 kms we agreed to stay. Venu did try his best to give us a good experience, give us privacy around the shared and common pool, staff was polite. But the shocker was one of their staff was sleeping in the kitchen at night, we realised that when we wanted to heat the milk for my nephew (your staff might be your family but your guest don’t know them, they will not be comfortable with a stranger sharing same sleeping space), kept banging the door no one opened (this man came out of the kitchen in the morning), we did not want to create a scene so we some how got through the night, Anyway we just wanted to leave that place and so we did, soon as we could. Oh and It’s a bnb and no breakfast was provided, we had to pay for everything.
Later I tried reaching venu for a refund (not full amount, cos we did stay but half of it, cos this place isn’t worth 13k), no response from him.
I’m seeing that who ever is responding is not ready to accept the flaws and is replying rudely. So let me just be clear, we were very polite with the staff, even cleaned everything before leaving.
If the owner actually had kept his word n refunded our money, I’d have still suggested this to friends just cos he was polite to us. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant stay for us.
Why am posting this after a year? - I wouldn’t have like I did not last year, I’d put it behind me, but I was looking for a place and I came across this one on google. Upon reading the responses on negative reviews n promises on refund etc etc. , I decided to share my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were greeted by leftover stinking food, trash of alcohol bottles, drunk staff. Portion of site is leased out to GAIL.
Had 5 rooms booked for 2-day stay, but left prior.
Lighting in Rooms not adequate (g. floor and top floor hall), No Ceiling fan (2nd floor). Toiletries (Soap, Towels) were missing, and had to be followed up. Squirrel nests on Beds ?.
not worth the price, probably suits for Bachelorette parties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to pay 13k and *NOT* enjoy your weekend, then this is the place to visit!!!
We had booked 3 rooms on the second floor and were promised the entire floor will belong to us, but upon reaching we found there was another family occupying a room there, so there goes the honesty out of the window!
When we used the swimming pool, we were not allowed to play music even on our phones let alone using speakers.
We were celebrating a friend's birthday, and thanks to the owner, we were not even allowed to have our drinks, sit peacefully and talk in the common area on 2nd floor, he constantly kept calling us saying we were loud and kept threatening us with police complaint.
We had 4 ladies in our group and the owner was inconsiderate enough to say that we will be evicted at 2am at night... And for what... TALKING among ourselves
They will talk very gently before the booking and once you have payed the amount, the restrictions will start pouring in
Not at all worth your money!!!
Stay safe and as far away from these cons as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to spend weekends with ur friends. Calm well maintained property with a big common area. We booked the full villa and every room had proper AC and attached bathroom. Swimming pool was maintained well. Food is too good loved it. Overall a good place to spend time with friends
