Sales team is pathetic as they don’t know how to deal with customers , in my view first of all the location is way out of city and pricing front too its on higher side. Maintenance charge for this apartment is way too high almost 3.5 rs per sqft and in future it will increase more.

We made a big mistake by buying flat with these guys, these guys are ethic-less, brute, totally unprofessional. moreover expert in giving pain rather joy to customers. I don’t think of buying property from Hiranandani nor recommending to anyone to buy. Rather we will discourage/urge people not to buy property from these guys Can't Imagine they took 8 years to complete such as small project like Calgary. They deserve zero stars

Owning a plot in an area like Devanahalli might seem unimaginable but House of Hiranandani has made it possible, what’s even better is that these plots come with their own amenities, which make living here more comfortable.

I own a 3 BHK villa in the House Of Hiranandani Devanahalli. I can tell you one thing for sure, this house is super spacious. The ventilation system is so good that I don’t even need to use my fans on most occasions while doing yoga since it's super airy early in the morning. Apart from the above reasons I’ll say that this project of the renowned developers checks all the boxes.

Thank god !! someone dared to speak real facts about this builder. We owners are facing a huge hurdle in getting the registration done due to many formalities. House of Hiranandani is collecting huge amount in the form of fine and not helpful during registration phase. People please speak up and lets value for our money. Not waste our hard earned money on this looters. Also lets file case in group as they have to pay compensation charges on the delay in the project. All can not offered for Villas .What about the 2 / 3 bed room buyers. Pathetic selling process and hidden agendas by Hiranandani.

Pathetic Attitude By the Sales Head & their team. They don't want to sell only interested to see @ 40% premium rates. They should be aware of the market conditions. No Amenities whatsoever + they are charging excess amount for the clubhouse. Please stay away from this builder and don't fall prey to their false promises. The team is denting the reputation of Hiranandani name.

Will never recommend to buy any property with Hiranandani, worst project in bangalore. The location devanahalli project. Is not RERA approved project and Real apprecation value is half the value at which they are selling. Sales Person while purchasing tell all about the RERA, Offer , voucher , project details. The Moment you book the flat. CRM team come in picture. CRM team tell you that they don't know whom (sales person)you discussed while booking. CRM team rude , arrogant , attitude behaviour. Will start harrassing & tourturing you for payment. Hiranandani Charge 10.75% interest rate per day delay on payment, no one will inform you, while booking, they send you person at home, who ask you to sign documents. Read the documents care fully , some where in size of 3 font it is written, so be careful. But during key handover they will take their own sweet time. CRM strategically plan looting owner as per their convenience case to case basis. 1. CRM informed after registration, Maintenance start from the date of booking. 2. In name of registration they took big amount in cash, which come as surpise for you one day before. 3. Not Rera certified project. It is difficult to catch hold builder for any issues. 3. Read properly Sale agreement: Hiranandai is not the Builder 5. They will never give you Voucher of 1 lakhs or 1.5 lakhs as promised by sale person while booking, reason is CRM attitude and dialogue doesn't Know sales person promises. 6. Please read the possession documents properly before signing. 7. Before Signing any documents read 100 times, CRM team play with your emotion, problem & words, The way they changes words and sentenances. Even owner get confused or mad. 8. Clubhouse is not the part of purchase/Sale deed- No one will inform you while buying. 9. While Buying Sales person said Ekhata /Bescom is in the individual owner name but after registration CRM say pay big amount xxx for Ekhata/Bescom transfer.
