★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, we just concluded the registration of our 3BHK and 2BHK apartments in Brigade Orchards, Deodar block. We surveyed so many projects since March 2020 (COVID19 did one good thing, it corrected the real estate market by at-least 15%-20%) and finally Brigade Orchards fit in all our requirements.
1. Near to Bangalore but far enough from the hustle/bustle/pollution etc.,
2. Super near to airport.
3. Amazing integrated township concept, with all amenities (only in-property hospital and mall is pending)
4. Very well maintained project.
5. All papers of the property are 100% clean with no litigation. (got it reviewed by a very well known land-records advocate)
I would like to point out that Brigade Sales Team (Mr. Pradeep Singh Rajput and Mr. Rishi Kumar) were amazing. We actually got a deal of our lifetime, thanks to Mr. Rajput and Mr. Rishi. Initially, we had lots of questions regarding permits and other paperwork but they took time and explained and showed proof of everything. The confidence of a sales team can be recognised by the product quality they are selling.
A ready-to-move-in property at that price, is unheard. Thanks to their CRM team, we got all our paperwork and sales process smoothened out and it was very well done.
I recommend anyone who has a taste for high quality, pollution free living to buy here.

We really thank Ajay and his team for the help in helping us decide. They were very supportive.
They showed us all the houses they had under them with great enthusiasm. We had reservations on budget, size, facing, vastu etc.
Luckily we found one which suited and exceeded our expectations!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased an apartment here. I had finalized and even paid advance for a property nearby. However , Anjan was godsend . He not only convinced us to buy at Brigade Orchards, he even gave us a bigger apartment than the one we were getting earlier, at the same cost. He created a win-win for all. Coming to the society, it is a bit secluded, but we like that. It is a small city in itself. With more and more amenities , including a shopping mall coming up, it is going to be even better. Hoping to increase the stars to a full 5 once all amenities come up
Edit: The 150 amenities promised are nowhere to be seen. The clubhouse promised for Juniper is still at least over a year ago. My sales person has been honest and delivered what he committed. However , others having airport view - a new block -Ivory is coming up , spoiling all their view. Be clear on what you will immediately get and what you will not

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best residential property in North Bangalore. I have seen similar properties but, In my opinion, Brigade Orchards is the best considering all aspects.
Awesome project, No one can meet the quality of construction done by Brigade and this project is one of the best project by Brigade till date with all amenities.
The project is very Nice. 135 acres, Awesome Architecture of the entire project, World class facilities, Specious Unit Plans, Quality of construction bring the Value.
Very professional sales team, I just went there for a site visit but, the way sales team Shaziya and Ophila interacted and explained about detailed Project made me to book on the spot. It’s a good project to invest in and Brigade Team has done a great job!

The best part is that its on a 135 acre land, with lots of Trees & Greenery planted across the township.
Range of Well planned & ventilated Flats/Villas, suiting anyone's budgets.
Good Quality construction as Brigade Group do not compromise on that.
Would surely recommend people who love nature and peaceful environment to buy flats here for a healthy lifestyle.
And Finally the staffs - People who work are well trained, understanding, caring, they are very professional in their approach yet give us that warm friendly touch in every interaction. (My interaction was with MR. ANJAN & Team)
