But it's little far from the city. Really liked 3 floors construction model. I visited today and still waiting for the email with price.

Occupancy only 2 so far.
There is no rental demand as such.
And marketing or sales team whatever lead by MR ISHAN and co call us to show attitude and you wont feel like buying even you like because they act as if there is no property except theirs.
Then comes to maintenance is192000 per year even you don't live and it's not at all worth.
Neither you will be able to give for rent .
Just built in 1800 sqft plot it's not worth the price.
Ofcourse they say they sold so many. I know in Bangalore I dont know for some reason people just like to waste their money .

1. Too far away from the city
2. There is a burial ground right opposite this project
3. Garbage dump within 1KM from this property that stinks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is good as it promotes community living. Price is also well placed. Villas have good built but it appears that two villas have a common wall (but the builder denies and says there is a thin gap between the two). Courtyard in the middle of 8 villas is what makes it a unique. Located at the outskirts of Devanahalli, it is one of the good options to invest.
