★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ozone Urbana is a beautiful township near airport located at Devanahalli toll gate on Hyderabad road. It can be accessed from Bangalore without toll by taking left turn 100m before toll gate. From Majestic you have buses going to Devanahalli every 10 min. You need to get down at Kannamangala Gate bus stop just after the toll gate and the main entrance is just 100m.
Pollution free area, with huge space for walking, cycling, swimming pool, tennis court... There is a retail shop where you get your needs but not everything you need.
There is a cafeteria where you get rolls, sandwiches but not lunch, dinner.
Without vehicle it is difficult. Main entrance is 1.5 KM. In another half a KM you have a good restaurant. No good shops nearby.
A small hardware shop at Kannamangala Village.
Aircraft landing or take off is right above the township. You may take some time to get used to. Presently senior citizens apartment & Aqua are occupied. Pavilion is being occupied. Other projects are progressing.
This is the situation as of April 2019.
The company started charging Rs 3.60 per sq ft as maintenance charges which is exorbitant as on August 2019.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ozone group is a scam. Don't get trapped in their subvention scheme. They will delay the possession and finally you have to pay pre EMI from your pocket. Their flats in Aqua except A, B, C and D towers don't have OC. Don't buy flats from them. There are thousands of victims like me who are not able to get their flats. Stay away from them.
