★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just don't get the hype around this hotel! The general upkeep of the hotel is below par. The mosquito menace in the evening is just insane. The rooms are poorly maintained with electric sockets falling off the walls and broken hand showers . The staff didn't clean our rooms until and unless we asked them. The valet took 45 min to bring our car and we almost missed our flight. Just a nightmare of a stay. I dont think they see a repeat customer in me to any of their properties.
It's clearly an evening hotel and it looks beautiful only in the night as all the flaws are hidden and the pool just saved them from getting a 1 star from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very modern architecture, amazing food and awesome rooms. The hotel is built around the concept of water and you get to experience it in different forms all over the property. Loved the place. It's just a little pricy.

I went at around dusk
Lighting was kind of off, though it was kind of best for the ambience but was making it difficult to identify places.
Service 4/5 in sense that counter people not well aware of venue of get-together

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The aesthetics and design of the entire property are certainly to watch out for. One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in and i would really recommend this place if you are looking for a luxury stay.
Due to last minute change , I had reached Delhi at 11 am and not only did I get an early check-in but also a free upgrade to the best category rooms in the property, Shout-out and Thanks to Mr. Karan.
The entire team is really hospitable and welcoming. Also do check their breakfast at KIYAN, am sure you’ll love it .

Like Chinese, continental, non veg, South Indian, cheese platter ?
There is no information regarding the same. I wanted to book a stay with my whole family and everyone has there own taste so I was intrigued?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is good looking resort with big enough room but the resort is not very welcoming. They make you feel as if they are doing a favor by providing you a booking. School like rules and regulations take the fun out of your trip. Dose not feel like you are on a vacation. Focus is more on discipline then being customer friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place lacks hospitality. The food is below par in taste, ridiculously small portions and highly overpriced. The hotel lacks upkeep, the water bodies stink and are not cleaned up. The only saving grace is ample open green spaces and the room size.
They are only interested in your money - not a bad strategy as they know they won't get repeat customers. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Chinese restaurant(chi ni) inside the premise and the ambience is superb. Could not understand if we are in Delhi. Just transformed us to another place. The landscape of the property is stunning.Staff is extremely courteous. Even got a complimentary birthday surprise?. Food was delicious ?. Must visit once even if not for stay then visit the restaurant. We visited for dinner but going for brunch or lunch would be much more beautiful experience as the surrounding is so stunning ?. Looking forward to my next visit!
