β β β β β The menu was very limited like only 3 soups out of which only one was available, 5-6 starters but half were not available, only 5-6 sabji, very less types of roti..the cost of each item was exorbitantly high..the service was pathetic..after soup and starters, the main course got served like nearly an hour late that too even after constant reminders..
It was disheartening to see such a poor sevice of such a high end restaurant..the whole mood was off for everyone..
Also it's not possible to give minus stars in Google or this place would have definitely received that..

β β β β β Nice place and good space beautifully decorated.The food is fair enough but presented very nicely .The live ice tea preparation is good .The seating arrangements is good providing privacy and space.overall loved it.The service is good and customer friendly.

β β β β β Location is beside the Valentine cinema.Ambiance is next level and sitting arrangements are great also a food taste is so good and staff behaviour is polite and helpful. It satisfies as Secret kitchen is rated in a top 5 food places of Surat .

β β β β β Pathetic service. Food is way too costly and not even worth the taste. The staff is working under so much chaos. They made us waig 30mins for main course even though the order was given in the beginning. Keeping 50% margin on package goods is too much
Only thing good is the ambience. I would suggest not to visit. Not worth it at all.
They even didn't bring us finger bowls. All and all a terrible place.
Highly recommend DO NOT VISIT

β β β β β Service is very bad, they. Storm off before taking your full order. Food is below average, bunch of fancy names that confuses you not a lot of options. Definitely not a value for money. If you want to taste good food than lemon grass or royal dine is Good option.

β β β β β Ambiance is nice as the name suggest secrecy, here you will get less wait time and privacy as in separations are made. Food has less variety but every dish is decent and tasty. Must visit.

Prices off the roof.
No waiter to be seen for 30 min.
Even for water being served, we had to to wait for 15-20 min.
Food was bad. One of the paneer dish gravy was stuck to the pan kn which it was served. Another was too sweet.
For the charges they are putting, it's completely wasted.
If customer satisfaction is any business aim then I am very sorry to say that you have failed miserably and probably should be thinking of closing it or taking the customer feedbacks seriously.
Really my worst experience till date.

Price - way too much
A bit costly restaurant. Some of the dishes are very good in taste and their paneer tikka and paratha are good but manchurian with methi twist is taste like gujarati muthiya covered in Chinese sauce. Mocktails are good .
