1)Ur reception and massage room are very close to eachother try that people who is on reception dont disturb the client and therapist while having therapy its irritate both or the people should leave reception bcz their is only 1 room no need to be there....
2) Please maintain the same rate in future automatically u will convert the Custmr...

β β β β β Worst experience ever. Washroom was untidy. They dont provide steam. I was given dettol hand wash instead of soap/showergel to bath and to make it worse i was told not to use water more than half bucket. And funny part is when receptionist asked me how was the experience. When i told her abt what has happend she started making excuses and went in defensive mode. Instead of taking the feedback and improving. Pathetic exp guys
