★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the deep tissue massage service. It was average. Shoulders were not massaged properly at all. I paid for the 90 min massage. When the therapist told me it is over, i asked her if 90 min were over, to which she replied yes (though I doubted it.) Anyway she left and i checked the time; the massage had been done for about 55 minutes only. I informed the lady at the reception, and they partially redunded the money, charging me for an hour.
I personally found a few things uncomfortable. The therapist kept asking personal questions about my job, my marital status and even my caste. Maybe that is a personal choice but i would have preferred quiet time. As mentioned before, the shoulders were not massaged and i left dissatisfied. I don't think i'll go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most essential substance in a spa is ambiance and hygeine, and I'm sorry to say, they have neither of it. The staff is mostly unqualified, they don't have steam bath and bathrooms are filthy as well.
Definitely not recommended.
