★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hights of being unprofessional.... A simple adhaar card change has taken me 4 visits and they still haven't gotten the job done... The form that they ask us to fill has our email address and phone number and yet they couldn't inform us that the appointment has been cancelled... this is ridiculous... This is not what we expect from a bank like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having prime location ,ambiance and latest facilities it is catering overall Banking needs. Equipped with customer friendly staff with good hospitality and helping hand it was a good solution for all banking related requirements whatever it be Check Book, Credit Debit Card, Loan, cash withdrawal, ATM,latest digital techniques etc fast and to our satisfaction.. It was good banking experience whenever visiting the branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From start to end the service is bad. The sales guy Swapnil has zero knowledge on opening an account. He don't know what and how to talk to customers. He gave incomplete information about documents to submit and took more than 2months to open my current account. Secondly, the bank's environment is suffocating and even the forms are asked to fill by customer (that has to be filled by my RM). The welcome kit delivery was never attempted/ no calls/no information and account was closed by them. But they deducted my money due to not maintaining the balance (since i had no account number, the monthly charges was deducted and bal. Came to min. MAB to be maintained). Even the account is closed by them, I m getting sms from axis and my account money is showing in minus. Pathetic experience till date.
