Right in front we see lot of small eateries and many small business setting up their shops usually related to shipping, education and other small restaurants. It also has a theater, not sure if its operational anymore. Very close to Seawoods Station.
Overall an OK place if you want to grab a small bite but it has not so hygienic washrooms and cleanliness overall.
