Coming to the product quality : The products are genuine solid wood as described. To me the prices were very reasonable and pocket friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, to start with the owner, Mr. Vinay he is very open to questions or queries and replies to all our doubt very calmly. All the staff are very genuine and supportive. Now coming to the product we bought 1 sheesham wood king size bed natural polish customized to our likings. The product was delivered within the promised time period. Quality is top notch so far so good. A few minor error were resolved on the spot by their in house carpenters who came to deliver the bed. No complaints, quality service. If you want solid wood products especially sheesham, go for it. ?

The Sheesham Artisans is one of the best furniture shop in Pune for many reasons - to list a few :
* Impeccable service - Vinay is extremely patient, is open to any ideas, is ready to take any custom orders. You show him anything off the internet and he will happily get it done. After delivering the furniture if you notice any problem he fixes them . He is always available on call and is ready to take up any ideas you have
* Honesty - He is upfront about the timelines, about the quality of furniture, about what can be done and cannot be. For ex : One of the chairs we purchased, he told us when purchasing itself that the design is delicate and that we could run into problems. We went ahead nevertheless
* Custom made furniture - We got done multiple things custom made and each time it turned out much better than what we expected.
If you notice the photos the dividers was way better looking and sturdier than we expected. And the custom made piano table, the design was inspired from Pinterest but Vinay made it so much better and more awesome than what we expected.
* Quality - Now I will not be able to vouch for sure that the wood is indeed Sheesham (I honestly cannot recognise) but whatever furniture we got done has beautiful finish, looks classy and is really sturdy.
I recommend Vinay and his expertise to anyone looking for some amazing furniture - the designs in shop and especially custom made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased double bed from shop 2nd time. Excellent quality. Before time delivery. Complete bed is made of sheesham wood. There is no ply or mdf board used. This is best thing which is not available with other vendors. Trustworthy, cost effective and quality product. Thanks Vinay ji for his support.

You correctly remember that I didn't buy anything from the store. But I correctly remember asking you prices of different furniture sets. After comparing it with almost 4 other showrooms, I finally gave it a 3 star.
I am definitely not rating the quality of your furniture. That will be superb I can say by reading more ratings.
