I feel they are most reliable, helpful and friendly service centre in Pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service experienced at that service centre. First they called you telling you that your vehicle is ready but they don't give you your vehicle till 1-2 hours. They just playing with by wasting your time and saying that your vehicle is ready wait 5 mins...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with lot of problems in my vehicle but to be honest this service center made my jupiter as fresh as it was at the time of purchase. The service center is very huge and they really make you happy by giving quality service.
The store manager personally takes care and visits to check the ongoing functions inside the service room. I am very happy to come here as all the problems were solved in just one day.
I recommend this service center to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first bike servicing experience for TVS Jupiter at Shelar TVS Workshop was really nice service, Staff behaviour was really polite from gate pass to billing counter and very smooth process.
But after bike servicing done i didn't got any call from anyone that your bike is ready. I had to called to Mr Yogesh and asked whether bike is ready or not.
Mr Karan helped me as there was some minor issue in the bike.
Anyways all is good.... Keep up the good work team.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service experience and customer relations at Shelar TVS. We were on a bike ride from Goa and bike needed some urgent works. Although the service center was overloaded with prior appointments, the service manager took heed of our request and called us to the workshop. Within a few hours the bike was totally taken care of and handed over very professionally. Felt the pricing was also really good for the parts and quality of service.
