The Spalon Family Spa and Salon. - Mumbai

Don't ever go to this salon! These people are rude and will threaten to damage your hair if you questioned their services or complained. These people are bullies and goons basically. I went to Spalon for a keratin hair treatment in July along with a friend who got the same treatment done. Instead of the shiny and smooth hair that We were told to expect, our hair looked damaged and dry. The texture was worse than that We had before the treatment. So we reached out to the salon with our concerns who directed us to Syed who is a Luxliss technician who upon inspection said that the treatment was not done well and We were asked to come back to the salon after a month for the treatment again so as to give our hair enough time to heal. I never got any response or appointment after a month from luxliss team or spalon salon. Spalon, backing off from their words of repairing my hair due to the damage caused by them, told us that we have to go for another round of keratin treatment and again pay the entire amount ( all they want is money and money, and never care about customer satisfaction). My friend, after requesting continuously for weeks, got an appointment and was called to reverse the damage just because she posted the complaint on justdial and google. I, didn’t post any complaint, was neglected by them. By my dear friend was blackmailed in the middle of treatment by Deepak, co- owner of spalon and a female technician from Luxliss that it she doesn’t take the complaint back they will further spoil her hair badly and send her to jail. (Just to post a genuine review and complaint, this is what she got!). She was forcefully made to post a review in their favour and was made to purchase luxliss products against her will, threatening her to spoil her hair. But all this for what? Her hair were still damaged and dry and so are mine, after paying thousands of rupees, this is what we got and we never had any bad experience with any salon. Not only we lost money for keratin and products (which doesn’t work on hair anyway) , but we also lost our smile seeing how they damaged our hair. I am posting the complaint so late because i was yet hoping for a response from their end as i was following up continuously from them. So I complained but since then I haven't received a response from the team of Spalon or Luxliss, I want a written apology and I want my refund. This is not how respectable professionals behave? Adding the reply dated 28th november 2018, I wonder how these people even have the audacity to create a false story and reply on google reviews which are supposed to be true and genuine. Which 2 friends share their shampoo and conditioner guys? And if they even do, whats the harm in using the conditoner and shampoo given to us by them. Well they were giving us used shampoos but someone we managed to take a new one because we were paying full amount and not asking for free. Again would like to add, who would colour their hair just after a chemical treatment? Nobody wants to go bald. The hair care was taken by us as explained but what can we except from a bunch of losers who pushes the blame on customers. Anyway guys, i humbly request you to spend some extra bucks but get a treatment done only from a good brand. Because of their carelessness with customers’ hair, these guys are not even a brand yet. Last but not the least, may be they gave those extra keratin free treatments to each other because we clearly didn’t receive any.

I went for waxing services, they were following all the safety steps due to covid and provided me really good service. Great atmosphere and comfortable. Really liked the salon, everyone must visit once here!!

salon was hygenic all safety protocols carefully handled , Have been to get Hair Spa service. It was nicely done Staff Sonali has given great Head massage.

Very very very happy with their services. I was there for a complete body wax, polish, facial, manicure and pedicure, with threading. The owner Komal and her staff is so so nice. They make sure they give the best quality services with all the proper precautions. Very happy and positive environment. Thank you so much guys. I would definitely recommend this place.

I visited this place since my sister recommended me the beauty services offered were good thanks to Komal for having wide range of services with good deals. It's a good salon. I have even done global and highlights and it turned out to be amazing. The staff there are also very good.

I have been to this salon for waxing and other services. They were good. Hence I thought of going for smoothening treatment as well at this salon. The guy who did the treatment took 5hrs for the same. I thought he is doing it in a professional way and thus taking time. However after a month, I came to know that my hair got burnt with the straightener after applying the chemical on my hair. I could only notice this lately coz the hair that got damaged is backside of my head & one day my sister was applying hair mask for me and got shocked. This is absolutely an unpleasant experience with this salon. My hair got literally damaged and the service was worse. So I suggest everyone not to go for keratin or smoothening treatments here. I will try to post the pictures of my hair.

Great place for all the regular salon services. Offers are unbeatable and they still use great products. I have gotten my hair smoothening, coloring and do visit them monthly for the routine ones and hair spa and such. So far so good and treatments last for a long time too.I also love the attention to details and great customer service which is honestly very rare to find. 100% recommend
