★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is very bad and not clean. One of the most worst hospitals in bhubaneswar. This hospitals license should not be renewed or suspended because of unhygienic conditions. The nurses available here are not educated and facilities available here are very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service.we are staying at 2nd floor non AC cabin room no 203 .The staffs are not collecting dustbin and also no response after u inform them.i am informing 3 times that u maintain hygiene still no response.only thing that they need money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good...... The doctors are not experienced..... When you ask something to doctor or nurse.... They don't reply you.... The rooms are not clean. Verybad hospital.... Som hospital is very good
...if you compare to this Kara hospital.... Dr. Ausutosh hora is not a experienced doctor i think so..... Disgusting hospitAl... Plz don't go to kara hospital.... Go to Som hospital...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital.. My grand mother get a poor diagnosis there and she died just because of the negligence of the doctors. They kept her whole day saying that she has a chest pain only for the gastric problem while she wa having multiple heart attacks that day. Only when the things were out of our hands they asked us to shift her to other heart care hospital. She died there only.
Also during my pregnancy, I used to wait for the main doctor for 2-3 hours and when she used to come, she will not spend more than 40 seconds with you. Also in there ultrasound, section, they do not have radiologists, there junior doctors are only doing those things. Finally I changed my place of checkup to some other clinic.
I would never ever recommend anyone to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renowned clinic but it's not at all great. Many basic facilities are not provided. Food for patients is brought from outside which is bad. Very few beds. And pretty expensive too. The same facilities provided are cheaper at Apollo Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For emergency ward : For dressing, they charge on the basis of number of injuries you have, no matter how severe or small it is. Service was not bad but couldn't digest this completely irrational logic of charging based on number of injuries.
Though other departments are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really a worst Hospital in BBSR, the nursing staff behaviour is very pathetic. Highly unprofessional environment and staff behaviour is just like district government hospital. They don't require all medicines in OT what they prescribe for outside attendant and these all for their own business. One case I can't imagine that in OT one nurse slapped to my patient aged 72+.
Request to its management to look after all these area at the earliest to save your own repo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just care for money. They had swine flu patient earlier and when my grandma went for treatment in Kara hospital,they didn't inform us. She was suffering from Asthma and they admitted her in normal ICU where the swine flu patient was admitted and the next day she was detected H1N1 positive. They could have informed us that they have swine flu patient so that we would have taken her to another hospital. At that time we were not aware that swine flu has already attacked one patient in Odisha. If they would inform us the same we could have saved her. Also, when she was admitted to the hospital her ECG was not good and they did not refer to another hospital and the next day she suffered from another stroke. Then they told that they do not have proper cardiac department so referred to another hospital.
Not worthy for one star also. Because of their negligence she is not with us today.
