★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is at a prime location and thats the only plus for the building. The builder Omkar and the management is pathetic. The building is complete till 7th floor, however the construction is on for 7th floor and above. It had rented out to offices and offices are operational till 7th floor. Due to construction work one gets to listen to unnecessary construction related noise and its really distrubing working there...all these u get to learn once u start visiting and working there. Further, the centralised AC seems to me not maintained properly. Every week, one had to get pesticide treatment of the building to sustain oneself...for business people, this place is strict no as u end up maintaining the premises and struggling on the lifts to reach office daily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice big business office complex. It is situated right next to the Western Express highway and also very close to Metro Stn - Western Express. Small to big - all sizes of offices are available. Good security system planned, however, the staff on site not very well trained like we normally see in BKC buildings. People can pass thru along with others inside the building without getting the visitor's pass. Good lobby. Good elevators.
