β β β β β Itβs totally waste of time in name of wave pool they will just fool you water was too dirty full of small insects. Staff is arrogant specially Manager. Amusement park rides will not work. Personal I donβt recommend.

β β β β β This location is very good for destination marriage, rooms & doramatrys are clean, bedsheets also clean, services and cattering are very good, rates are likely in budget.
This site is very good for family enjoyment.

β β β β β We 21 people were there for holi celebration for a day picnic 2022
1. Check-in process was quite slow. Can be more faster.
2. Water park is amazing, kids can play safely.
3. Washrooms are fine and enough to accommodate people in large numbers
4. Food - 2star. Rice - too dry, dal okay, cauliflower & paneer vegetables were third class. Dahiwada- dahi was in in bad condition. Chicken curry - not at all great. Manchurian - both salty. Jilebi radbdi- it was full of maida and not rabdi. Jilebi was okay. Suggestion : As itβs a hot summer so if they can open water park around 8, that would be great. For a day picnic there should be a sitting place for senior citizens especially during summer. Also enough shades and areas to sit especially in summer. Need enough chairs for people to sit. Wave pool was not clean at all need regular cleaning. Also pool floors, slides walls were sticky and slimy. Many people fell down and got hurt.
Overall rating - 2.5, only for water park.
Itβs a good place but need lot of arrangements, care, good food and professional staff.

β β β β β Resort Manager is very unprofessional Rude in Behavior. (Mr. Jagdish).
Resort Managment must look into the Service facility to customer. Mostly all staff are untrained.
Waterpark facility is not fully functional.
One Good thing only Food is delicious.
Need to improve much to sustain in this Business.

β β β β β I visited this place twice. It was wonderful experience staying here. I went here with my family along with friends family. There are lots of water sports activities you can enjoy but some of them were not functioning this time. Children's play area is also good. You can also do adventure activities. Food was delicious.
Suggestion to the management -
1. In summer, timing for adventure activities should be extended or start little late by 5pm or something. It is very obvious that nobody will come out at 4pm and do the activities as it would be too hot.
2. Use room fresheners everytime before handover room to the visitors so that they would feel fresh entering the room.
3. Clean the water and pool regularly.
Suggestion to the visitors - Must visit this place in weekends so that you can get all water sports and activities fully functional. Weekdays less people visits this place and there are chances that you would get less water sports activities.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here with good memories. Thank you!
