★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most well maintained and orderly housing complexes. Mostly occupied by various Nationalised Bank senior officials and also a few other residents who are from accomplished backgrounds. Being a highly cosmopolitan crowd, its a True India!

This Residency have three Complexes all are Ground +three storeys buildings and covering a large area with guarded wall all around with security for 24 hours. Buildings are well decorated and painted which are eye -catching.
The most important thing is it's location :
Masterda Surya Sen Metro Railway Station is just 300 metre away from Tolly Residency and that of bus stop /bus stand is just 100m away. Buses of all kinds -a/c, non a/c, Cab, Taxis, Uber, Ola, Auto Rickshaw, Rickshaw are available day and night to reach here at Tolly Residency. There is at a distance of 100 m Schools for boys, girls and kids/ Super Market /Vegetables Market / Computer Training Center also available.
A Rickshaw Stand is also there adjacent to the Tolly Residency and a Social Organization, named Ashok Park Recreation Club is there adjacent to Tolly Residency and famous for organizing Durga Puja.
There is a big play ground of Milan Samity Club just 500 m away from Tolly Residency.
So living here at The Tolly Residency is
really a privilege and very very advantageous with respect to availability of
resources /logistics /amenities... etc which are prime needs for living.
