★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best planning and amazing management!! There was timely service, be it pick up and drop or sight seeing. The local tours were also very well planned with the added benefit of getting good food service. In all, it was a completely fulfilling experience. Anybody going to Thailand should definitely consider Veena world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was look for the best deal on a Europ tour for my parents and I stumbled across the Traveller co’s Website and they really helped me out from getting my parents Passport done to organizing a 8 day trip for Western Europe. Very friendly and polite, never had any issues. I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst traveler company. We visited Uzbekistan and Samarkand just few days ago.no proper guide and transport facilities provided. Food quality provided was worst at all location. Traveller owner Phalke even did not bother to call us back when we complained on very first day. Hotels were not equipped with proper AC system.
Packages very costly you will get much better deal and extra night stay with same price from other travel operators.
Overall worst experience never will recommend for any other traveller

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first time using a tour company, and we do not have any regrets! The Traveller made itinerary planning stress-free. They listen to all your suggestions and are quick with email responses. Everything for our 10-day Thailand trip was taken care of which my wife and I enjoyed so much. Since things were taken care of, we were able to see so much more than if we would have planned the trip on our own. Our guide and driver were fantastic-they were both timely and professional! Our guide went above and beyond for us to meet our needs. If we were having a lunch that was already picked out, then he would call ahead to have it ready for us when we arrived at the restaurant. We enjoyed every meal picked out for us. Using The Traveller allowed our trip to be hassle-free, and completely enriched our experience in the Thai culture. I highly recommend The traveller and will use again in the future.

to put it in short he provided us with really good hearted driver, and a clean car etios as our travelling was lot. We really liked the drivers patience and his behaviour which was really crucial to us while travelling and we got along really well. Nilesh use to often msg to have a check on us if everting was going good as per his plan and are we happy through Call or Whatsapp Msg. He gave us good attention and gave some good tips as well in his planner which allowed us to plan what to take with us while going to Kerala.
It was one of my life's best first memorable trip with my wife and was perfect. To sum it up if you are going first time to Kerala and you don't know any good local food and cousins to eat and want to feel safe. Just kindly book good hotels so you could actually spend good time and experience in there itself for authentic food and culture and also plan to go places around in leftover time which saves you a lot of hassle and time waste.
