Wow! It is surprising, you had such experience. I have been visiting Parulekar Hospital for various medical conditions. Recently took treatment from gynaecologist Dr. Swapna Chaure. Many of my friends and relatives also consult her. She is good. Dr Swapna gives ample time and explains everything in detail. My questions were answered and doctors were extremely patient with me. We have been always benefited by treatment given by her.
We were hesitant to go to the hospital due to COVID but happy to see hospital staff are taking precautions and maintaining social distancing.
Good attending doctor and good staff nursing cooprative office staff.
We had a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars are only for Dr. Vikas, He is best, but the receptionist is not professional, they don't have the management skills of handling patients, I would like to visit Dr. Vikas at some other clinic or hospital but not here. Tip to hospital management - change your reception staff

1. A couple of doctors of good repute are visiting consultants here.
2. However the hospital arrangement for OPD patients is as good as that of a government run hospital.
3. There are 4 consulting rooms at the ground floor. However patients of all docs sit at one place having a capacity of approx 12-15. Few patients have to sit at a bench outside the entrance where visitors' shoes lie around.
4. Receptionist sit in a area of 4×4 ft area below stairs along with 4 other nurses/support staff. Just imagine!!! Not all were having mask on them.
5. Found it untidy and unhygienic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic & Disgusting experience had yesterday evening. Hospital is running with no Doctors on duty till 14th September 2021. Patients are kept on Mercy of God.
Pl close the Hospital as its only Rented Facility Chamber to Doctors for consultation of OPD patients.

Just wish to share my experience about this hospital with you all . Since this was my first pregnancy I was little doubtfull by this hospital as well as doctor... But I feel blessed today that I am with my delivery here by "Dr. Swapna Chaure"... She not only guided me throughout my pregnancy but also accompanied me after my delivery...
Hospital staff, nurses are so much supportive ... You will not get the atmosphere of hospital over here . Doctor was so supportive , and also encourage to stay positive regarding delivery..

Dr. Swapna provided best of her suggestions and treatment to my wife since, day 1 of our visit. Medications, Treatments and Suggestions throughout the pregnancy was wonderful...We felt that we were taken extremely good care of. Even the post pregnancy visits are going well and Dr. Swapna continues to provide care!
I booked the Super Deluxe room which I felt was on a little expensive side but, no complaints about the services, food and the maintenance. Cleaning of the room was done twice and all nurses were supportive.
Dr. Charushila provided very good care post the baby's birth. Regular visit and counseling is going well.
Dr. Parulekar has been a great power house during all the scans along with Dr. Swapna.
Kudos to this team. I would strongly suggest that anyone with previous DNC instances and now pregnant, must visit Parulekar hospital for a excellent care!
