★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors team is very good so r the front end staff...But for Covid 19 they r charging more than GIC rates. Pls check GIC rates before admitting as otherwise even after Mediclaim u might end up paying hefty amt. I felt cheated as even after paying for Remdesvir injections they were billed and presented for claim, thankfully I was alert else Rs 28200/ straight gone. One day had received the call from hospital that nurse is asking for 2 more veils of Remdesvir for both my parents....I was alert and found it fishy, clearly told them will not give unless asked by doctors.... Within 5 mins received the call "Remdesvir not required". Anycase I know these feedback will be answered as " no patient named after me" or all bills were as approved with TPA....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom was getting treated for her weakness and blood issue in nose, she got treatment for 1 week , no recovery from same. Everytime we go different doctors. I never saw a same doctor again. Her health is going low. Even after consulting different doctor for 3 times, just to show a blood report I have to pay 700 rs again. Just to inject IV to her body, they were charging me 1700rs for 2hrs and 300 for consulting fees. Even though she is not recovered. I think they should start a hotel business instead of hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and husband was admitted here during the 2nd wave of covid. We both were so scared on the first day. But the staff was so caring and prompt with there work. Charges were minimal. Now onwards Krypton Heritage Hospital will be my first stop when it comes to medical services. Thank you Krypton

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad and mom both were corona positive. I stay in Mulund and was not able to find oxygen bed any where in Mulund-Bhandup and Thane. We waited for a day and my mother's condition was deteriorating.She was not even able to walk or breath properly! Her oxygen level fall below 87-88 when I called Mr.Sagar and Krypton health care team. They made 2 beds available. Under treatment of Dr Mayuri and Dr. Trupti both of their condition started improving. Now after proper treatment both of them recovered and are now back home. We can not tank Krypton health care enought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The infrastructure is not at all good, use of old machinery and other tools are still used, lift is not at all hygienic and other rooms as well, management has to improve the infrastructure and need to enhance the coverage for insurance partners also need to focus on improving their staff and Surgerical equipments.
Suggestions: overall basic thing is to improve infrastructure, and reduce miscellaneous charges also services charges when there is no proper services provided shouldn’t take charges, also need to enhance with insurances partners that they cover all treatment charges also need to ask them to cover and give other suggestions for treatment to cover expense.
Nursing: they are amazing, need to improve on other practical training and enhancing them to improve their skills towards nursing.
Billing: this is the worst part when it comes to billing, admissions charges and services charges need to be removed as this are never covered under insurance incase if they didn’t get any profit than atleast it should be very minimal. Also there should be billing discounts and other charges which should be deducted based upon some percentage. Top of that deposits before are worst thing hospital need to stop deposits when people go for cashless treatment as they can pay post hospitalisation, everything need to be in a systematic manner and intimation should be provided for all the charges which the hospital is taking before itself and signatures must be take. That they intimated them before itself.
Doctors: Doctors are amazing and user friendly, they consult everything before itself and give a great explanation regarding the treatment but again based on the management it may differ in treatment, management has to improve all things from overall perspective.
Receptionist: they are amazing in helping and clarifying our queries, providing prompt and quick actions, helping in solving queries related to papers overall, but again management is the ultimate dictators and decisions regarding anything is based on them.
