Arrogant staff who thinks the whole bank runs under their mercy only. The way of speaking with customer or the communication way is like the bank is their own father’s property. Customers only have to as per their directions. They can disturb any customers at any time with the personal numbers but customer can’t call them in their personal no. (Attitude is greater than Ambani). 10mins works take them many days as no proper customer care or resolution department. Searched online on google but even google can’t do it (that much great bank).
My experience: I did a FD long time ago. When withdrew my FD for some emergency basis. But this is the 4th day I am still waiting to credit my FD in my bank account.
