★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not expect much from this Madhurawada branch. Better to opt Dondaparthy branch, if you really want to purchase any Yamaha vehicle. Here, they mostly try to avoid the customer or escape the service in every possible attempt. They show interest in sales, not in service. The spare parts availability is limited here, always they suggest us to visit Dondaparthy branch for any spare part or any service. This Madhurawada branch has to improve a lot in terms of service and availability of spare parts. Only good thing here is, the mechanic, he is a good technician, he always guides the customers in a proper direction and tries to rectify the problem.

They charge a lot of money for each service and just wipe the vehicle with wet cloth.
They never do the service on time. This is the worst yamaha show room with worst staff.
All they ever say is "take your bike to Dondaparthy for any kind of service as this(Madhurawada) branch is a godown".

They charge a lot of money for each service and just wipe the vehicle with wet cloth.They never do the service on time. This is the worst yamaha show room with worst staff. Yes, Leave it about the proffessinal body language their staff dnt know how to talk to the customers. No one can be perfect but if its delays they should have informed customer on the same. They always says we have lot of bikes got pending so wait for some time. Worest part is they dnt have proper space to keep the service vehicles aslo.
