β β β β β One of the worst ever experience with this service center. I have given TVS Apache 180 for engine service twice as some sound is coming, due to gare rod or some thing. After repair i was getting more sound and other problems with the bike. After noticing it if we say this problem exists he will say use a week and check. But after week also it continued. The machanic was not experienced and not a good worker.

β β β β β Wouldnβt recommend for new bikes to be serviced here. Cannot trust the quality of work being done for new bikes or scooters. The main business here is of spares. If you have an age old TVS scooter or Bike, theyβre ready to repair and service it as it doesnβt make any sense on the warranty for an old bike. Cost is minimal and the work done is also minimal. A complete check for a bike is never possible here as the resources here are also minimal. Will recommend people to get to another TVS service centre few kilometres away for quality inspection and good service.

β β β β β I have given my jupiter for servicing here, very poor response, there systems dosent work to check if there is free service available or paid. so they dont even have access to pull the vehicle data and service history.
Have experienced poor customer service from this place when compared to service centers in the city limits. over all they are really not very good and service center is not well equipped.

β β β β β Waste service I ever had to rtr 200 4v ,they don't even clean vechiles properly and they don't even check the problems in bike... service center people will ask bike to keep for more than one day to check a problem..

β β β β β Guys it's okay just like any other showroom but u know receptionist is a bit head strong I say only one guy may be others are good recieves u ok ok coming to bikes u can get every model in a day or less available

β β β β β They can make fake bills and charge you with fraud items they're one of the useless service center I have experienced and infact I wrote a mail to TVS regarding this, so I would suggest plz try somewhere else but I can't say Vizag has some good or not, as I am north part of India and suffer from language problem so I suffered a lot with service centers, I m writing centers bcoz I've experienced three four centers and " sab ek se badkar ek hai - useless"
