★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad quality product. Some Pieces were missing , and at some places product was rusted. Tried to call the customer service for installation which was equally bad.
Very disappointed. I had brought about 7 to 8 products but no installation help after repeated calling and making it very clear to them that I will be paying for installation.

We ordered a wall hung from white teak on 11th April 2022 and when the product got delivered it was broken so we connected to the team over which they said it’s not our fault when it was dispatched it was neat and intact so when I got it it was all in pieces and they say it’s not their fault. Seriously. Still to go ahead we again ordered the broken part paying additional and it was to come form karnatak and the way it was packed any glass would brake when we revived it, ut was all in pieces. N still they say it’s not their problem it’s mine and now they are left with no replacement no additional cost piece fr me to buy. By 11k grands are all in vein. Usless service. Think before u buy from them. They are non corporatise and send u piece thro blue dart, seriously? Who sends glass wears thro couriers and that u without proper packing. Bow they do not give u an option of replacement or exchange with other piece. Wasted out money so think before u buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales team is totally irresponsible. I had a very very pathetic experience being an architect ....cant imagine how the could treat others. Absolutely No follow up from sales team. I selected light in AUG 21. and not delivered on time. Worst part is they didn't bothered to inform the customers. Sales team has no knowledge. Even they didn't paid GST on time. Now they asked me to follow up with courier agency which is the most disgusting. Mr. Khalid and Dimple from Andheri store are very rude to me. No PROFESSIONALISM and NO CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL........Worst experience in my 20 years career in Mumbai. No one wants to take responsibility even after 100% advance payment. Now after tremendous follow up from our side with GATI couriers - Yesterday light was delivered. Again to add to our disappointment - one of the pendant is mismatching in shade and colours/ shine. Overall my experience was very pathetic. I don't recommend it to at all. There are may other lights shops in the same area.
