β β β β β We had booked this property directly through the owner in Dec 2019. We had a team outing with around 20 people and 12 people stayed overnight. The property was excellent and the caretaker Bhima was very helpful. But when we checked out and on our way Bhima called and informed that some table is damaged. I had asked Bhima to check before we check out and he didn't mention anything. The owner kept the 20k deposit for 3 weeks and finally returned it after deducting 4k. This was a bitter experience.we would also like to highlight that there was no water from midnight till 7am. Also the mattress and pillows were not provided for the two person in the hall.

We had taken the villa for a small get together for a night and the place had exceeded all our expectations.
Its hard to believe that such a big villa is there in the heart of the city. The lush green garden, beautifully built villa with massive open areas, well ventilated rooms and each corner has something unique to see.
The caretaker at the villa Bhima had taken good care of my team members and was available whenever required.
Property owner Jawad has been great to talk to from first day itself, he is very clear with his demands which leaves no scope for any confusion. He was a great host and ensured we have a comfortable stay at the villa.
Would highly recommended the place.

β β β β β We were looking for a villa to host a get-together party for a group of friends from different cities. Jawad's artistic villa is everything you see in the pictures and much more, we fell in love instantly. The space was perfect, with its quirky character and good interiors/furniture. Lawn is impeccably maintained, it was so relaxing to roam around there. Both the host and the care taker were extremely nice and helpful. Had a wonderful time staying there and definitely left with great memories.

β β β β β Villa is very nice with spacious bedrooms, hall & well equipped kitchen. The main problem is no water supply in the early morning, no blankets in the bed rooms. The other problem with the deposit which he takes 15 days to repay and they will find some way to deduct money in the deposit. So be careful with the deposit while you are booking this property.

β β β β β I had organized a birthday bash on my daughter's first birth anniversary at this place. And the experience was way better than expectation for me, my family and all my friends. It's very difficult to find such a nice place in your vicinity, where your health and mood are not adversely affected by city noise. We felt like we are having fun in some peaceful remote area.
And the best part of the deal comes here. First, The Owner (Jawad) was very much professional in hosting and handling deposit money. Full deposit money was credited to my account even before i left the place and without any reminding.
Secondly, Caretaker (Bhima) was such a lovely human being. Have never met such a polite caretaker in my life. His helpfulness with politeness made our stay delightful.

β β β β β Pros: The place was excellent and the actual location is much better than the photos shared in the site. Bhima the caretaker is very helpful and will look after your needs very well. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. A big lawn to spend some good time with family and friends.
Cons: Water was not available in the early morning hours and we found it hard to refreshen ourselves. Few of the bedrooms were not furnished with enough quilts or blankets. The owner charges a safety deposit of 20K and returned the money after 2 weeks after deducting some 4K for a minor damage to a coffee table which could have been fixed easily. Be careful by noting down any damages before occupying the property.
