He dont know how to talk with customers and to be honest i had my trip to delhi to shimla to manali, bt just because of driver i cancelled my trip to manali and returned back from shimla only,
Otherwise tour organization is really good and helpful but mainly you have to stay with drivers only on the entire trip.
