I had COVID Last year and I was battling for my life and post COVID I could barely do my ADLs but thanks to Dr. Ruchi Vats, she helped me with post COVID recovery through her yoga and breathing techniques and today after one year i am almost back to my normal life. God bless her.

I had some skin allergies on my fingers with in a month a saw a diffrence on My skin
