★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never believed in yoga much since I thought it’s for the elders to cure their diseases or to keep them occupied but when I took my first class in this institute, my whole perception was changed about Yoga. I felt healthier after just one class only. I was a patient of obesity, prediabeties, insomnia and depression/anxiety. I sleep on time and peacefully, my obesity seems like decreasing, I have shred 3kgs in ten classes only which I couldn’t achieve through gymming. The Gurus here make you understand how to fight with your health issues and cure them. They give attention to each and every student so that the postures are not done wrongly. They teach us how to be strong mentally and physically both. Our Guru Mr.Mohan has made my life easier to live in a healthy way and to survive this polluted city. I’m very thankful to him for building up an institute which has helped many people like me. Thank you so much Sir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an extremely comfortable and trustworthy place. The yoga is tailor-made to your needs, ailments and age, going out of their way to offer you personal caring attention. The yogagurus are incredibly supportive, encouraging and with you throughout your journey. It is all about steadily gaining confidence and practising independently. How do I say it - if there is an ultimate test of evaluation - I would say, you miss it very much when you are absent !!!
