โ โ โ โ โ On Saturday, 5th June. Placed an order for Theobroma - Peddar Road Outlet through SWIGGY.
24 Brownies ( 1 box of 12 pcs & 2 box of 6 each) but the delivery boy delivered 1 box of 12 and 1 box of 6. 1 box of 6 Brownies was not delivered since we thought it may be total 24 in 2 boxes.
We immediately sent an email to SWIGGY but no response till date. Have paid bill of Rs.2395/- by card.
A trust of customer is broken.

โ โ โ โ โ While most of their products are good, their on-site staff need some serious training in customer relations & interaction.
This is the second Theobroma outlet where we have had a less than desirable experience.

โ โ โ โ โ It was good experience being here and it's perfect place for people who love bakery items . It's famous for breakfast items as well and they also have exciting offers like on Monday you can avail buy one get one free on selected items and post 9 pm .

โ โ โ โ โ Their Walnut brownies are really good. Dutch truffle pastry also is yummy but portion size has been cut drastically.
They need to work on their savory section. Almost all the items in this section are not worth the price and are not tasty.
