I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My messages and Calls were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. The charges for my trip to Manali seemed like very good value.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason of making my Manali trip best is because of Think Go travels and Yash sir. The hotel are very good and behaviour of driver & hotel staff is very helping. The whole package is very reasonable rate and also less than other tours and travel packages prices. Service provided were best. I must prefer Think Go travel .. And I hope Think go travel maintain this type of services in future also.. Thank you Yash sir, Ranjeet sir & Vijay Sir(Our driver) and think go travel.

They took care of all the property mentioned in the plan and even requested the hotels to upgrade the rooms.. n actually it got upgraded at all the places without my saying... Such a perfect travel company...far better than make my trip... The only issue was with transportation but even that can be avoided when u get all things perfect..

Food is excellent..the property is very good..
Staff is very supportive as well, though it could have been better as the head manager(Ms. Bhavna) on reception was very rude and was not welcoming as well.
Otherwise everything from stay to food to location to property is very good. The property is just 10 min uphill walk away
from the Mall road.
