★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient service. Impressed. I lost 2k in currency exchange; but wouldn't blame them. Always keep an eye on currency rates and encash your leftover currency when rates are on the upside.

The currency notes however need to be checked thoroughly as they tend to hand over old notes at times torn from the edges and soiled too. Ensure those are returned immediately to avoid being at a loss in the country you are travelling to as old/soiled notes are not accepted everywhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced many fold improvement in service (attitude n efficiency). Key to customer service. But Branch & On Line transaction synchronization need to improve. 2-3 hours lag is unacceptable as travellers can't afford half work day to run after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked forex online and went to store to get the delivery. They delayed the delivery inordinately due to issues in their back office. I bought some forex from branch itself. That process are relatively fast. The online purchase is cheaper though as you save the transaction charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thomas Cook is the worst Travel agency.
1) They don't have any information about requirements.
2) They told us that Minimum requirement for a 4 day trip to Maldives is to carry 500 dollars cash per person. They told that's a minimum requirement. I had to lose almost 6000 Rs in the process of money exchange...Tax and other service charges. I required less than 250 Dollars but had to buy 1000 Dollars because of their misinformation. This is a ploy to extract money from travellers through money exchange...They mention this in a call...Never say that in Mail or anything...Never fall for this trap.
3) When u call them for concerns they never pick up calls...Nor revert in messages. U need to escalate..call customer care to get a response from them
4) They increased the Package cost 2 days before the trip from the quotation given initially by 5000 without any prior information. When intervened by us they told that it was an error on their part.
I will never book from Thomas Cook ever again and won't recommend anyone to take the service of such theives

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a Great Experience for 5D/6N trip to Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Hotels were also nice and with a Beautiful view...
Special Mention for the Hotel they Provided us in Havelock...Silver sands Beach Resort...Excellent rooms and amazing place to stay.
Everything went as per the iterniary they provided.
Special Mention and Thanks to our tour managers Mr Aniket Kamble and Mr. Vikram Vyas...Very Friendly and Helpful....God Bless u Guys...
Thank you Thomas cook for great Vacation we spent.
Will definetly plan more trips with you in future.
