โ โ โ โ โ Not a good experience, ordered dollars in cash and forex card on Sunday , received a confirmation mail and went to collect the order at the branch the next day, the person said we haven't received any intimation email you have to wait and I waited for like more than 3 hours .

โ โ โ โ โ BE CAREFUL BEFORE EXCHANGING, MUST CHECK RATES ONLINE AND BARGAIN IF THEY OFFER TOO LESS.
As per my experience when i went to exchange USD they offered rate of 64 rs. but when i checked Thomas cook website it was showing there 64.8. When i told them about this difference they told that for exchanging at that rate i need to do it online else maximum they can give 64.3. Then after sometime they agreed for 64.5. So they changed from 64 rs to 64.5 within 5 minuted. Finally i exchanged my dollars at 64.5 rs. But initially they tried to cheat me. At that time I also called Thomas cook mumbai, they told that there is always a difference between rates offered online and offline. But they suggested that the offline rate is negotiable.
BEST WOULD BE TO BOOK ONLINE ON THOMASCOOK WEBSITE BY PAYING 4% OF TOTAL EXCHANGE VALUE AND THEN VISIT THE BRANCH. THIS 4% MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN A FEW DAYS AFTER EXCHANGE.

โ โ โ โ โ I went for currency purchase i have all valid ticket id stay all proff they even calculate the amount but due to some senior was not present they cant figures out how to manage.
Its very disappointing as i had to wait for 1hr and with no result.
