I have a 100 Mbps(12.5MBps) plan and somehow they have capped my internet to just 10 Mbps(1.25MBps).
No Stability at all, you may even get Kbps some time ?
NOTE: You may not now but 8Mbps=1MBps which is your actual download SPEED......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic ISP. Unreliable speeds, the speed test might show ok speeds but call quality is poor with it. The same call is better using a mobile hotspot.
There have been instances of tickets being closed without even calling and confirming let alone the resolution.
Honestly opt for some other service if even if you have to pay more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys say they giving you 10mbps speed but the speed isn't even 4. I have been complaining since a month no positive response. No improvement of quality. If you are looking for a broadband do not choose this one. this sucks to the levels you don't know you had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service of this broadband i have taken new connection and the same day it was disconnected for whole day calling the custom care 4-5 then they are saying that we will call and send the engineer.but it was not done what the hell is this service.
This is poor quality Internet from threesa they are not solving the error of internet fluctuations and they are telling only you have to change your wire and if we change the wire they will charge 3000 to 4000 Rupee.
I have share the internet fluctuations error screen shot below.
I am doing my job work from home from mobile internet instead of this third class internet.
my subscription is one year and i want yo stop this service but they are not refund money back
I have taken this service from last month now 11 month is remaining.
Please don't buy this internet once they get the money from customer they will not refund back.
If customer wanted to stop the services from threesa.
please don't buy internet from them they are making fool to every customer.
Third class internet service providers.
