★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most pathetic company ever... Please don't get their connection... Trust me.. firstly no customer service .. Secondly they work on connection whenever they want to... Plus they don't even inform... O just lost the school attendance and my office meetings because is their haphazard way of working and not even having the decency to talk and resolve customer issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst service provider I have ever experienced. 1 rating is still better for them, @google please allow -5 rating. The person who comes for installation they do not have basic tool like drill machine and they only send one person whereas other person's job the customer has to do that to without any payment. They'll sell it you by saying it's best plan with best service. If your plan is 60 mbps then you'll only receive speed of 13 to 18 mbps. Worst provider in today's WFH situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 200 mbps connection got a new router to support that and I still get 35 mbps speed. Connection has been down for over a week every evening and no internet for this entire weekend..Their customer service representatives are horrible and incompetent. After covid a lot if companies Re ensuring superior customer service. This is just horrible. I would highly recommend TO NOT take their service. Boycott them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per the nationalbtelecom policy 2004 minimum broadband spped was 256kbps later revised to 512kbps. My current speed is 0.04 mbps which lower then actual legal speed. Whereas i have paid for 10mbps and since 8th of june to date 13th june problem hss not been resolved. Customer care says thevproblen will be resolved ASAP. Which ckearly is not working for me. Worst internet service tecnician says they dont permission to go in the other building to fix the issue and he dont know if it can be resolved. Buybsome local internet where you directly call the concern person this people they keep escalating the issue from call center to operations to technician. Worst service am gonna changebit as soon as it is exhausted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go with them .Pathetic network. Frequent dropouts. In work from home scenario they will make you loose your job. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Sometimes network can be down for the entire day. Wish could give them 0 stars. Life is a whole circle. Once reliance gigafibre comes they ll run for their money.CHOR COMPANY. Network down atleast 5 days in a month. People working from home will loose jobs. No customer service response when service down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charges more than any other local ISP. I have never used a worse internet than this.
They close the complaint on their own. Trying to get support since 8th of June 2020. Raise a request on 8th it got closed without resolving the issue then i again raised a request on 10th and 11th of June again got closed. Coordinating with the engineer from 4 days now.
The engineer says he will tomorrow and he says that every evening. I paid for 10 MBPS hardly 1 MBPS i am getting. My current speed is 0.03 MBPS.
The sales representative will pitch TAT is 1 hours for resolving an issue. It never happened that way at least 1 day or at most 6 days.(speaking with experience).
The internet gets disconnected many time in an hour. So think before paying them.
Highly not recommended.
