★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Brand, Thyrocare is excellent. Have been using Thyrocare services for few years.
However, their franchisee in PANJIM, GOA is horrible.
The PANJIM franchisee owner is rude and arrogant. He personally sits at the counter and speaks very abruptly to the patients and also his staff. His staff work in fear dominated by his overbearing disposition.
I asked for a particular package that was recommended by Thyrocare. He bluntly told me that he doesn't have all the services in that package, and then customised his own suggested package and ended up charging me much more then what the original package would.
My first and last visit to their current setup in Panjim.
Thyrocare should consider changing their franchisee in PANJIM to another party that can give a more pleasant experience with 'service with a smile' to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very disorganized at Thyro care I had booked for blood test 2 weeks ago they informed me that a person would collect the samples, sadly no one turned after repeated calls and waiting for two hours no feedback, they contacted me the next day and informed me that I can give the sample in the panjim outlet today morning I went there and the staff there had no information they are requesting for a response mail which was not sent to me they have no systems in place and they say they are accredited, sad I don't know how they go about with the sampling also place very shabby kept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, After soo many bad reviews i was bit skeptical to go for goa thyrocare.. But my experience was very good, Although I kept calling and asking for all different tests and whether they would accomodate my request. The owner had been very kind and helpful, he used to hear my request patiently. The person who came to collect the sample it all went smoothly & on time, excellent personal & professional care. Thank you.
