Their late RT PCR test result forced me to stay an extra day in institutional quarantine.
Lab technicians are not capable of handling calls and cause more confusion.

They missed the appointment, customer care refuses to pick up the call, and no matter what time you call their helpline, you will never be connected to an actual person. Still waiting for my collection after being told to fast. Such pathetic service especially in the medical field means I am going to file a complaint with the consumer court about this.
