★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So unprofessional, officials are rude, gives false commitment, there is no coordination between officials and technicians. Total miss management. Service is very poor. Reputation not good at all. You won't get report on time, report also won't be correct. Before doing blood work with them, think twice.
Answering your questions -
1 .u had not inquired or we never called to you to come our centre for lab test..
Answer - It is my wife who called you and we both have had blood work.
2.we checked out patient register just now there is no any Patient with name debashish roy in our lab test list..
Answer - How do you prove that I was not the patient when the report shared by you includes me as a patient? Are you trying to deceive public saying the false info.
3.i think u had done online test ...somebody collected Ur sample ...not given reports on committed time...and u had given feedback on our wall...
Answer - I have received all your soft copy, so I have enough proof that it was done by Thyrocare. Thyrocare is not my enemy, I am just sharing my honest feedback and the fact. I am giving my feedback on the right place.

5.if we never collected your sample then there is no role to post your frustration on this wall..
Answer - Don't tell a lie. You collected blood sample from us only. Try to improve your service and understand patient's needs. Here customers are patient keep that always in mind. We demand right service, commitment, and right report against our money from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service.Got covid test dne from here as i was travelling and the report didnt come for days.Thenperson who collected my sample stopped responding to my calls and texts.Thai is really bad service.I was stuck at airport due to this test.please dnt get covid tested here u will never get the report.
