Bill No. 18746 for a Non-veg Frankie from one of your Franchise in Sheikh Sarai, New Delhi was cooked with stale chicken. Lemon is used for the stale chicken to be undetected. How long can you survive as a business with such cheap regulations? It seems you don't want your buyers to return tomorrow and that just beyond disappointment. You have one opportunity to make an impression but it seems you just don't care. It's not about the money but the respect you lost today from one of your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a paneer tikka frankie packed today with added cheese but when I started eating, I couldn't see a sliver of cheese. I feel the other branches are better than this one. Apart from the good taste, please be considerate of extra ingredients because I paid ₹30 for nothing.
