★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're around Thane and looking for a good trek amidst nature along with a perfect view, you can swear around to visit this place called Tiger Hill Point based at Manpada - Yeoor part of Sanjay Gandhi National Park. I started the trail which starts from Manpada side of the Sanjay Gandhi national park gate. They charge you some entry tickets for the forest entry. The trail is well marked and easy to climb up, just make sure to wear good shoes and carry ample of water and power snacks for midway. The top has some of the best view of city which is indeed scenic and our urban world looks so small from this point.
Best time is early morning during Monsoon or Winters when the climate is pleasant and green. It takes a good 30-40 min climb or more to reach the top depending on your speed. The top gives awesome city view of Thane and it is indeed a peaceful trek. Perfect to spend serene time in silence and amidst pleasant weather and its fit for meditation. We are indeed blessed to have such a beautiful place in thane and it is a must go for a nature lover. Good place to experience nature. There are two big ponds, a village on top of the hill. There is a waterfall roughly 2km ahead of the village known as Koknipada Waterfalls. Just make sure you don't disturb the flora and fauna and don't litter the nature at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hike spot in Thane. This place can be reached in about 20-30 min of hike from the base point. It's a relatively easier hike. The view from top is breathtaking as one can see the entire skyline of Thane, kasarvadavali. Start early in the morning and witness the beautiful sunrise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surreal. Takes around 45 mins to reach the top from Tiku ji ni wadi entrance. No drinking water available. So carry your own. You get two lakes in between. Nice 2 hours trek

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grab entry fees of rupees 70 for one adult..and enjoy the trip of whole bunch of hills...start journey with climbing tiger hill top...When you start returning take right turn from the corner house. Go staight you will find kokanipada waterfall.. but it might not have water in this day..
Otherwise nice and superb place..
