They do not even have 25 Mbps plan and promise to provide it at your location.
Never ever go with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took tikona Internet service one month back. Initially it worked well but from from past 2weeks it is not working fine. Everytime we are facing no internet connection issue. Technician came twice after so many calls with customer care to fix it but the solution was not permanent. I have requested to refund my amount of 2 months as we don't want to continue with your service.
Never experienced this ridiculous service till now.
I will never recommend tikona to anyone.
If you are in you right state of mind you will not select Tikona Service.
Its a Fraud company exploiting users money.

It will get disconnected every 2 days and no response for the complaint raised. Everytime you raise a complaint you will get a message after 4 hours saying they checked and found no error, all this while the internet is still off!
I am using this for over a year and unfortunately as there is no other service provider in my area have to settle for this third class absolutely useless Service Provider.

I had taken tikona connection since Last one month.
I had do complaints for 10 times in one month.
No speed as per plan.
Videos not run.
Very worst service and customer care also.
They can't solve issue immediately.
Worst service loss of money.
Don't buy this.
