★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequently disconnecting the wifi. What is a use invest 3000 if ill get Frequently disconnection. From last 2 days wifi is not working and no one is responding. Dont take this connection

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you just want a 3 months wifi connection then they will not inform you once your connection is over and will continue it for around 4 months. Then they will generate a bill for 6 months directly and ask you to pay for it.
Speed was worst. AWS workspace don't work with this internet.

Have to keep calling the agents who rarely responds back .. and all the time internt is slow sometimes network doesn't appear .. if asked the executive to clear the doubts he suggests to go on tikona app and lodge complaint . But app never worked with the same ..
When the reneval date come they be behind you and get it done by hook or crook but later when again issue raised they have all good reasons to escape .. I have renewed my 3 months plan which is still under process with no invoice and no one to help in this situation ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Before installing the wifi they talked very politely and softly and after installation, their behavior changed. They ignored my calls, messages, and didn't pay any heed to my requests. If you register a complaint online it never gets fixed.
I request you guys to never ever go for this internet service. Use your mobile internet instead, it'll work better.
