★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ms. Tilottama (the owner) lacks basic etiquettes of speaking to customers. Her behavior is rude and lacks empathy. A small task of getting a dress altered turned out to be a nightmare for us, ending with altercation where she turned physically abusive and violent. Probably she needs a psychiatric consultation. Not recommended at all, even to the worst of the enemies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Mrs. Baishali (Owner) don't know how to talk to customers, very rude, arrogant, mean, discourteous, impolite, abusive, curt,impertinent. she didn't make what is asked and then shouts like anything, abusive. she turned a small alteration into nightmare.
firstly: she delayed the delivery.
secondly: she did not make what has been told, even after explaining the same 4-5 times and she did not even accept her mistake.
She intentionally damaged the fabric. pic attached
the finishing was so bad as if it was stitched by some local tailor, pics attached for same and for that she blamed the fabric and then she said you should go to GK if you need proper finishing.
