★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service in terms of reliability of the connection. The speed is never constant, either. Every two days I have to chase the tech team to deliver what they initially promised. Despite being a 30 mbps plan, the speeds are always hovering around the 5-7 mbps mark. Nope. Don't waste your time and your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service n support. I had to make 35 complaints in 2 months and finally I had to cut off my services. My refund which was due in 5 days of termination, was given to me at 8th day after giving threat of legal action. 0% service and 0% value for money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frauds, charging for 50mbps but delivering only 1.5-02 mbps. Customer care keeps on delaying stating "there is some problem which has never happened before, we're trying to fix it asap".
Not recommended.

Do not pay advance.
Make sure you confirm through them that they have coverage in your area. Because later if you face problems they can say "our service is new to your area that's why you are facing issues we are working"
Costumer care will say these dialog everytime you will call.
"i am sorry, i apologize our team is working you connection will work in (random number) hours"
I took their connection on 23 march and after installation the net worked after 10 days. Even the guy who came to install wasn't sure if timble covers this area or not.
It's extremely futile to call their customer service.
Their "team" is ignorant and incompetent as hell.
Couldn't fix an issue in 3 days
I faced 3+10 days same problem continuously.
I would highly recommend you not to take their connection instead go for tenda tikona or anything but not timble seriously
And yes the positive reviews are given by the people who already work there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was pathetic during the query call itself. Will you believe this, they were so callous and lousy towards a potential customer? I registered a call back, two days later they call while I was driving, asked them to call me after half an hour, and they complied by calling back 6 days later, when after all frustration I finally continued my services with previous ISP. Letting them know that it took them a week to call back to a potential customer and so I opted not to take them in first instance they dared to be so rude that they flat out lied that they called me and its not their responsibility to do so again.
Great, of such is their behaviour towards a future customer, I wonder how callous would they be in providing services and ensuring its quality afterwards. perfect

Also service person demanded for installation change @300/=.it's fraud service provider in NCR location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services provided by timbl is amazing. I used there connection for almost 22 months before relocating to Hyderabad. Speed is what they promise and there was no latency. Only for 2-3 days the speed was low when cyclone hit chennai. Even the Customer service technicians as always willing to help. One day there was cable cut. The technicians ensured the the connection was restored within 2 hrs and they called me to check if the net was working fine. Really glad I took there connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Timbl services in Delhi is pathetic . Stuckwith an annual subscription. Cust ID 2032594. No internet since 3 PM yesterday, IVR response does not permit speaking to Customer care and ticket closed - reopened. Matter unresolved after 18 hours now. Frequent recurrence.
