★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor service. We bought their service 6 months ago, and now it's not working, we are not able to download or see our emplyees punching data. When we asked what's the problem they are saying we need to pay extra too download reports. They didn't say anything like this during purchase suddenly after 6 months they stop this service and now making us pay extra for report generation. support is not even picking up calls & trying to force to pay more even though they didn't even inform of us such thing in past or during purchase. Definitely not recommended. It's fraud company

Post customer experience is also poor.
There machine has frequent breakdown issue and fixing anything they will take another 15 days.
So better to avoid any device of time access, and choose any branded quality products.

You said no warranty on shot product correct
First of all product is not shot, 2nd if still shot then who will repair it? Outsider or you? As I already said I'll pay the repair cost, but seem no one is responding.
Now about quality? Machine breakdown twice in a 2 week aftettjat you guys stopped responding me
