★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst seats in such price ticket.And please do not buy popcorn from there.Me and my husband both suffered food poisoning after eating it.Within few hours of having that low quality popcorn which cost 250rs for 1 bucket both of us have stomach ache and vomiting. Apart from that even few seats in theatre was broken.The whole experience was so disappointing...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management team really needs to check the services.
While there were no issues with the cinema hall, the food counter as well as ticket counter were handled by a single senior member and an assistant.
So when we placed order during interval, the food didn't came till we were 20 mins to the end and even when it came, they missed one item. When I left movie in its last prime minutes to get the item myself, I found they by mistakenly were placing it in someone else's order and were shocked to see me there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The seats were clean and super comfortable. The screen was big and sound was clear and temperature was also good. It gave a vibe of a home theatre there are small rooms but large screen and comfy place. Overall it's a great theatre.( Movie watched - SpiderMan No Way Home).

Audio system was crackling on particular mid frequencies on surrounding speakes. Lots of noise of telecast room. Was hearing Other Screen voices. Especially base frequency sounds.
Seats were not that comfortable.
However, nice setup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome theatre, really quite place around. Reception is very helpful in the booking, menu here is great and very quick. I loved watching each and every single movie here. Visited a lot mostly for Hollywood movies and this is the only theatre in surat which hosts most of the Hollywood movies. Ample parking spot and clean washrooms.

1) situated near galaxy circle pal, easily accessible through google maps, location is accurate
2) parking is available but in weekends you may find parking problem here .
3) theater is at 4th floor and you will surely going to love the atmosphere inside.
4) waiting area is available so you can comfortably wait for your show time and all types of payment are accepted here.
5) screens as compare to other big multiplex is little small but sound quality is great
6) seats I personally did not find very good or comfortable it's simply just okay as compare to other multiplexes , also recliner seats are not good as expected.
7) ticket prices are fair and morning shows are very much cheaper
8) outside eatables are obviously not allowed as they have their own counters with alot of items there , prices are slightly less as compare to other big multiplexes.
8) almost theater rooms are not very much big ,they are small ones but you won't regret it for sure .
If you are near by this area definitely this theater will be your all time buddy.
