★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my Access 125 from Dharmraj City light. At time of booking , sales man Mr. Bhavin asked me the lowest rates inclusive all benifits i.e. Full Coating, Accessories, and Extended Warranty. Ao bought my bike from city light. They didn't give me invoice and all the papers at time of Delivery. They ask me to come after 15 days. After 15 days when i get the invoice, there is no extended warranty mentioned in invoice. I contact mr. Bhavin for this. He promised me for update and asked me to come back after 5 days. When i went back to him, he simply refused to give me extended warranty and asked me that he never promise me to give extended warranty in this price. Now what should i do? They cheated me very well. I am going to complain direct to company and let them inform that how your dealers are cheating people for selling their product.

No professionalism in servicing vehicle, there is no skilled and accountable mechanics even staff is not proper, when customer comes for servicing his/her vehicle at that time he/she is expecting quality, transparent and accountable work, if any customer discuss about his/her problems related to vehicle at that time there will be only one answer and that is "change of spare parts" even if that part is working properly just fitting problem is there but they will say that your part change is necessary there is no other solution....
Even during servicing our vehicle's other part was damaged by there unskilled and irresponsible mechanics and after this they denied of that deed....
After servicing they will add unnecessary amount in bill by adding some random problem in your vehicle which was not existed earlier....
After servicing my Suzuki Access i am facing problem in digital metre which was not there before service it was working properly before service.... So these type of unprofessionals are working there..
After experiencing this poor service at Dharmraj Suzuki, Pal, Surat, i am writing this review...
