★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working in this building for the past 7 years, the facilities offered are good and the place maintenance is also up to mark. The only issue is the high parking rates. The place also has two ATMs and a cafe coffee day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall infrastructure of the place is good. There is adequate amount of greenery at the place with a proper sitting arrangements. 1 thing that is missing is there is no sign indication for the useful utilities like stairs and lift. Else nicely build with good crowd out there.

I went there for my sennheiser earphone service. They detect the problem and replaced it ?
But parking charges are very high

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very neat, clean and spacious building. Well maintained and ample greenery. Only issue is very high rate of parking, they charged Rs 75 for parking for 2 hours 5 minute which is very high by all. Standards. They allow more visiter parking then available causing inconvenience to visitors.

Many offices are located here such as sennheiser, hyundia, icici bank, ali baba and many more.
Building interior is very nature friendly.
Nearest metro is M.G. Road ehich is just 400 mtrs away from tower.

Has some important offices of companies like - Sennheiser, Bacardi etc.
It's a big glass building, with open spacious exteriors for walking purposes
The interiors are nature themed too, with a large open space in the middle & C shaped archways
All until the top floor
The building has functional lifts & stairs, 1 lift going specifically on the lower floors only...
Washrooms are good as well
There's an eating outlet on the ground floor
There's Sennheiser office at a corner on the first floor!
Overall, nice place to visit!
My purpose of visit was to get my Sennheiser headphones checked!
I gave 4 stars cuz the parking is a bit expensive, considering people will be coming only for a while, their parking rates should be low!
Nearest metro station - MG Road (Yellow line), it's a 400m walk from the station!
